Abstract

The mechanisms of psychological influence on the participants of criminal proceedings are considered, which implies a mandatory individual approach. In relation to persons - objects of psychological influence, the process of studying their personal properties is carried out retrospectively and indirectly through other sources of information, through their direct examination of the operative during interrogation, carrying out other operational and investigative actions.
