Abstract

The author analyzed the essence of the normative and descriptive approaches to the law. Reveals the difference between analytic and synthetic legal judgments. The author substantiated incompleteness of “conceptual” jurisprudence; and justified an opportunity for motivation of actions through the regulatory meanings. The author highlightened the status of jurisprudence as the ethical discipline and relation between law and the problem of legitimation. The author clarified the nature of “judicial superstructure” of law. In the result, consideration of these issues leads to another subject of legal science and its other goals.
