Abstract
Legislation unification is the one of the condition of countries’ integration and their population. In the article this phenomenon is regarding as main direction of concerted legal development in European countries. The tendencies connected with unification of constitutional legislation prove themselves in deeming of EU member-states legal institutes. Implementation of last ones makes possible the changing of national legislation nature and nature of legal system in general.
