Концепція «нової моделі» адміністративно-територіального устрою України

Abstract

The development of the political system of Ukraine in terms of trends of the state regionalization should be based on the concept of region, which has concrete scientific explanation and shouldn’t contradict the Constitution of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine. The interpretation and the place in the system of other administrative and territorial units of the region should be clearly and explicitly defined by the state policy of the territorial administration. Supporting to this position, author try to define the concept of region relating to the concept of autonomy and their part in the political system of Ukraine. The results of this research were implemented to the model of the administrative-territorial system.
