Інституційний механізм бюджетних відносин Європейського Союзу
Abstract
The article is devoted to the historical and legal aspects of formation of the institutional mechanism of the European Union budgetary relations and existing approaches to the notion of the European Union institutional system. Special attention to the European Union budget procedure is paid.
