ґенеза правового механізму регулювання
Abstract
Considering the need to overcome the existing contradictions of globalization, financial crisis consequences and to ensure further integration of the European Union, the process of reforming the single internal market of the EU investigated. The key documents of the European Commission and the European Parliament, which are aimed to provide a new level of economic development of the EU, in particular the first and second acts regarding the single market, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the restarting the domestic market, which took place in 2010 after the global financial crisis.
