Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань, пов’язаних із розвитком правової сфери регулювання споживчого ринку непродовольчих товарів, та розмежуванню компетенцій Європейського Союзу між органами, які здійснюють заходи з ринкового нагляду, та органами, що забезпечують виконання законодавства щодо безпеки продукції.
