Abstract

In the article is the aggregate of terms (points) of constituents maintenance of agreement of rent (leases) of habitationis analysed. Three basic groups of contractual terms are examined: substantial, ordinary and casual. However, more attention is spared to the substantial conditions of the agreement, because in even one absence of such terms an agreement can not be considered complete. In accordance with a ch. 1 item 812 Civil Code of Ukraine the subject of agreement of rent of habitation apartments can be namely apartment or its part. A concept "habitation", requirements, is in detail examined to habitation, accordaning for a residence.
