Abstract
In today’s world exports of European institutions antiglobalization principles of international relations led to the emergence of polycivilizational society. The result showed a “vacuum” of claims superpowers when the totality of countries that have recently arrived in the area polycivilizational world lacks much of the general culture, which forms the fundamental basis of the spiritual understanding of the world. Chaos, anarchy, war – is not the cause but the consequence of the fact that humanity is constantly mistaken in their political and legal orientations.
