Abstract
In this article is an attempt to give an international legal assessment of the establishment and functioning of the Mission of the European Union Border Assistance to The Republic Of Moldova and Ukraine. The attention is focused on the functional purpose of the Mission, which provides all possible assistance in regulating the border between Ukraine and Moldova.
