Конституційна регламентація статусу територіальних громад в Україні у контексті зарубіжного досвіду

Abstract

The conceptual problems of the reform of local self-government and territorial organization of power in modern Ukraine is shown. The features of legal subjection of territorial hromada as primary subject of municipal power in Ukraine and abroad are defined. We analyzed the main modern constitutional and project initiatives in the field of local self-government in Ukraine from the perspective of the classical municipalism.
