Вік людини як антропологічний фактор
Abstract
The research is devoted to the definition of the essence of the age as an anthropological factor. The importance of the formation of juvenile policy, the basic principles of protection of rights and interests of children are revealed. The needs of children are considered by society, the state and people as the most important and from the point of view of the need for their satisfaction - as a priority. Problematic aspects of protection of the elderly are determined. Under the social protection of the elderly, it is proposed to understand the set of normatively secured guarantees aimed at equalizing the situation of citizens with other members of society at the onset of old age.
