Abstract

The article has for an aim to expound the scientific approach to integration-legal mechanisms taking into account the «limited integration» of Ukraine to the EU: adaptation, which takes place on the first, preparatory stage of integration, and convergence which will be used while joining of Ukraine the EU internal mark regardless of full membership of Ukraine in the EU.
