Abstract

The article deals with the problem of models of legal regulation of the status of higher authorities of Ukraine. In particular, it is alleged that such bodies and the most appropriate one that corresponds to the Basic Law of Ukraine, is the legal form of regulations governing the organization and their activities. We investigate the legal position of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding regulation of the status of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the analogy is made on the possibility of the spread of this position to regulate the status of other top state authorities - the Government of Ukraine and the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction.
