Пріоритетність публічних фінансових інтересів у фінансовій діяльності як один із принципів фінансового права

Abstract

The article considers the principles of the financial law among which the principle of public financial interests is the most important. It has been proved that the principles of the financial law expressed in its norms ensure the purposeful regulation of the financial activity of the state and local authorities bodies at all levels of the financial system. The important peculiarity of the principles of the financial law is the reflection of totality of the properties of the subjectmatter and method of legal regulation. The principle of the priority of public financial interests in legal regulation of social relations arising in the sphere of the financial activity admits the use of financial and legal institutions aiming at state regulation of economy and pusuing the vital interests of the society.
