Анотація
В статье отмечается, что с принятием Целей развития тысячелетия партнерский подход стал превалирующим в международном сотрудничестве в целях развития. Рассмотрены основные этапы становления международного сотрудничества в целях развития. Особое внимание уделено существующим многосторонним, региональным и двусторонним формам партнерских отношений между государствами в области развития и определены их основные характеристики.
