Анотація

В статье отмечается, что с при­нятием Целей развития тысячелетия партнерский подход стал превалиру­ющим в международном сотрудничес­тве в целях развития. Рассмотрены основные этапы становления меж­дународного сотрудничества в целях развития. Особое внимание уделено существующим многосторонним, ре­гиональным и двусторонним формам партнерских отношений между госу­дарствами в области развития и опре­делены их основные характеристики.
