Abstract
Constitutional legal order has its own significance in the system of modern Ukrainian Constitutionalims being an actual result of the functioning of this system. A special system is needed to ensure constitutional legal order, including the following: constitutional control and supervision exercised by public authority bodies; constitutional justice; constitutional liability (measures of constitutional liability; civil subsystem for securing constitutional legal order.
