Abstract
Functional interaction of the Ukrainian Ombudsman with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is investigated. Considerations by the body of constitutional jurisdiction over the constitutional appeals of the Ombudsman of Ukraine indicate the shortcomings of the current legislation.
