Правові аспекти застосування санкцій ЄС проти колишніх українських високопосадовців і чиновників
Анотація
У статті розглядається проблема правового регулювання застосування санкцій Європейського Союзу проти колишніх українських чиновників і високопосадовців у зв’язку з подіями в Україні 2013–2014 років. Досліджуються особливості використання вказаних санкцій. Простежується практика європейських судових установ у справах за позовами про скасування вищевказаних санкцій.
