Порівняльно-правова характеристика сімейного права української та англійської правових систем
Abstract
The legal regulation of the norms of family law of the Ukrainian and English legal systems was studied and analyzed. The characteristic features of the basic legal institutions of family law of these systems in the context of comparative analysis are considered. Particular attention is paid to the specific features of identifying fundamental differences and finding possible ways to improve the branch of family law at the international level of legal regulation. Formulated proposals for overcoming gaps in the legal regulation of family relations in Ukraine and the British legal system.
