Ґенеза та сучасний стан правового регулювання інституту санкцій у праві Європейського Союзу
Анотація
Стаття присвячена ґенезі та сучасному стану правового регулювання інституту санкцій у праві Європейського Союзу. Розглядаються стадії становлення правового регулювання інституту санкцій. Досліджуються основні документи, що регулюють питання використання
санкцій нині. Робиться висновок про відсутність єдиного загальнозобов’язуючого документа та регулювання інституту санкцій у праві ЄС на рівні окремих нормативних актів.
