Modern development of constitutional justice in Ukraine

Abstract

The given article is dedicated to the modern stage of development of the Constitutional Justice in Ukraine. The global process of democratization of the social life in the country is able not only to influence widely upon the development and enforcement of the constitutional control institution. To the author’s of the article opinion it is the functioning of special body of the con­stitutional control wholly adds a page to the classical theory of power distri­bution and provides the protection of Principal State Law, independently of political preferences of party majority of the Parliament. However, it would be an evident delusion not to take into con­sideration the political role of the con­stitutional courts and their influence, that they do upon politics.
