Abstract

The article is devoted to the defini­tion of the subjects of intellectual prop­erty rights on the trademark. Analyzes the experience of the Russian Federa­tion on this issue. Determine the scope of legal protection afforded to trade­marks. Presents validity of the certifi­cate to sign for goods and services, the basic principles of legal protection of trademarks. Disclose the substance of the right on trademark, the procedure available to intellectual property rights on the trademark. The cases of early ter­mination of intellectual property rights on the trademark, the order of recog­nition of intellectual property rights to void the trade. Gives references to case law on this issue.
